Tech Restart provides professional Online IT Remote Support Services to support our local clients in Singapore only. We are based in Singapore so you need not worry about the tech jargon. Getting your IT problems resolved will never be easier and more convenient. There are some technical issues that may not require heading down to the local IT Store or requesting for Onsite IT Support Services. As long as there is a network connection, our team will be able to assist you. IT Remote Support Services Session can be booked online by creating an account and choosing the available slot in this portal. Notes: *SGD $50.00 per hr excluding software, software license, data transfer services, etc. (Location: For Singapore only) *Payment needs to be made before proceeding with the IT Remote Support Services. We will collect the payment amount via PayNow to our business UEN. *It will still be liable for IT Remote Support Services charges when the customers are failed to present online to facilitate the appointment after the booking is accepted. *For problems that are resolved in a short period of time less than an hour, the minimum charge still remains at SGD $50.00 *Once the task is completed, a service report will be issued. Our Admin Support will issue a receipt after the payment is received. Terms and Conditions: 1. The customer shall be responsible for saving or backup any data contained on the storage device(s) of the product being arrange for servicing/troubleshooting for any professional IT service requested. 2. The customer is aware of data loss in the event of the product being engage for servicing/troubleshooting or any professional service provided. 3. Information is to be provided by the customer before the work is performed. *Any abnormal issues related to or misuse of the product must be stated when requesting service. 4. We are not responsible for the loss, or damage to, any equipment. 5. There is no guarantee that our team is able to resolve your issues or any issues when the customer booked the appointment. 6. No physical, verbal abuse and harassment to our personnel team, no restraint of our personnel team from leaving the site or residential house if onsite required and we will not hesitate to take appropriate action when such incidents arise. Please treat our personnel team with respect, forbearance, and graciousness to achieve a safe and conducive working environment. We appreciate your kind gesture and thank you for your understanding.
