About Service

Tech Restart offers Ad-Hoc IT Support Services to support our SME businesses after office hours and urgent cases due to technical issues. Our team is dispatched to Singapore to support our customers with daily IT issues. Notes: *SGD $150.00 per hr excluding software, software license, and parts, etc. (Location: For Singapore only) *It will still be liable for Onsite charges when the customers are failed to turn up or present for the appointment after booking are accepted. *For problems that are resolved in a short period of time less than an hour, the minimum charge still remains at SGD $150.00 *Once the task is completed, a service report will be issued. We will collect the payment amount via PayNow to our business UEN. Our Admin Support will issue a receipt after the payment is received. Terms and Conditions: 1. The customer shall be responsible for saving or backup any data contained on the storage device(s) of the product being sent or arranging for repair/servicing/troubleshooting for any professional IT service requested. 2. The customer is aware of data loss in the event of the product being sent or arranging for any repair/servicing/troubleshooting or any professional service provided. 3. Information is to be provided by the customer before the work is performed. *Any abnormal issues related to or misuse of the product must be stated when requesting service. 4. We are not responsible for the loss, or damage to, any equipment. *Customers are advised to remove any accessories/peripherals before sending or arranging the products for any repair/servicing/troubleshooting or any professional service provided. 5. There is no guarantee that our team is able to resolve your issues or any issues when the customer booked the appointment. 6. Replaced faulty parts or components will not be returned to customers. 7. No physical, verbal abuse and harassment to our personnel team, no restraint of our personnel team from leaving the site or residential house and we will not hesitate to take appropriate action when such incidents arise. Please treat our personnel team with respect, forbearance, and graciousness to achieve a safe and conducive working environment. We appreciate your kind gesture and thank you for your understanding.
